Senior Software Engineering Manager, Agentic Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Build, mentor, and manage an inclusive engineering organization, supporting hiring, performance, and team growth.
• Set the technical vision and roadmap for agentic workflows and developer experiences, and deliver complex projects from concept to production.
• Partner across teams to build reliable, scalable, secure, and privacy-preserving AI services, while promoting generative AI tools and agentic workflows across the software organization.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of engineering management experience delivering complex, large-scale projects across multiple teams or organizations.
• Technical foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure, with ability to engage deeply in system design.
• Experience building and scaling developer tools, ML infrastructure, or AI systems from concept to production.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience bringing generative AI, foundation models, or agentic workflows to production at scale.
• Experience with Private Cloud Compute, on-device/cloud ML inference pipelines, or Apple silicon-adjacent infrastructure.

Pay

$225,600 and $381,600 (USD, base salary)
