Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, ML Platform

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable model training and fine-tuning infrastructure.
• Build platform capabilities that help teams develop, deploy, and operate ML applications.
• Partner with ML engineers, scientists, and other teams to shape reliable, privacy-conscious platform architecture.

What they ask for

• Experience building shared ML platforms, frameworks, or services used by multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle, including training pipelines, evaluation, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and training frameworks.
• Experience applying ML at scale in Ads, recommender systems, information retrieval, or related domains; and experience with distributed training and optimization techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with privacy-preserving ML, such as federated learning or differential privacy.
• Experience with LLM training and inference or Agentic AI; PhD/MS/BS in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of industry experience is also listed.

Pay

$262,500 and $394,000 USD base salary range
