Validates and characterizes DDR memory interfaces in Apple SoCs through lab testing, automation, silicon debugging, and signal and power integrity analysis.
What you'll do
- Perform bench bring-up, electrical testing, and characterization of DDR memory interfaces.
- Automate test execution, data collection, and reporting; debug silicon issues and provide design feedback.
- Measure and analyze signal and power integrity, correlate results with simulations, and support integration and production ramp-up.
