Operate and improve the reliability of Apple’s multi-cloud data platform, supporting internal teams and specializing in big data services.
What you'll do
- Monitor and triage production and non-production data, ML/AI, and infrastructure services; participate in rotating on-call coverage.
- Own operational health and customer support for big data services, including incident communication and resolution.
- Build automation and self-healing tools, and partner with development teams to improve reliability and observability.
