Maintain reliability and availability of Apple’s retail and marketing production systems across cloud and on-premise environments.
What you'll do
- Monitor production systems, respond to alerts, and participate in on-call incident response and postmortems.
- Design, automate, and operate highly available infrastructure, including Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Plan capacity, tune performance, improve observability, and document systems and operational procedures.
