Leads data center site services to maintain uptime while managing technicians responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, supporting, and decommissioning network, storage, and compute assets.
What you'll do
- Lead data center technicians and manage team goals, efficiency, assets, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate installation forecasts and IT cabinet builds; monitor space and power consumption.
- Partner with facility, operations, engineering, and business teams to maintain uptime and improve processes, monitoring, and issue resolution.
