Develops system-level test programs and characterizes SoC devices for debug, qualification, production, and power/performance optimization.
What you'll do
- Measure SoC power and performance, investigate issues, and coordinate corrective actions across engineering teams.
- Develop case tests and benchmarks with ATE and software teams; correlate test setups to ATE and optimize production screening guardbands.
- Plan and analyze silicon characterization, lead cross-functional data reviews, and sign off characterization activities.
