About the job
Develops and implements design-for-test (DFT) solutions for SoC projects, from architecture and verification through silicon test bring-up.
What you'll do
- Develop DFT architecture and infrastructure; generate structural test vectors and improve coverage.
- Collaborate with design and verification teams on implementation, ECOs, and timing, physical, power, and logical issues.
- Support test-vector bring-up on silicon and coordinate schedules across engineering teams.
