Provides technical production support for the Apple Online Store, triaging incidents, mitigating issues, and partnering with engineering teams to resolve defects.
What you'll do
- Triage production incidents, assess impact, and implement mitigation steps; conduct root-cause analysis and log defects.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and fix production defects, and support production changes through knowledge transition and monitoring.
- Share on-call coverage, debug production issues, automate support tasks, and maintain support documentation.
