What you'll do
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/UAT, and DevOps to maintain stable test environments and prepare for releases.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose and resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes.
- Create support documentation, transfer knowledge to production support, and identify automation and monitoring improvements.
