What you'll do
- Discover customer workflows and needs, and use feedback and technical judgment to inform and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Collaborate on engineering design and architecture; review code, prototype solutions, and build integrations when needed.
- Lead customer onboarding and ongoing support, and communicate the platform’s value to stakeholders.
