Sr Software Engineer (Java) - Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Sales Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead architecture and implementation of a high-availability, scalable supply chain planning platform.
• Build distributed backend services, collaborative planning tools, and real-time data pipelines.
• Integrate optimization solvers and AI inference, and establish testing, CI/CD, and observability practices.

What they ask for

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional work experience.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 2 years of Java experience, including concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Spring-based production applications, high-scale distributed systems, and production AI/ML technologies.

Nice to have

• Technical project leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience with GenAI coding tools, NLP/LLMs and RAG, or relational and NoSQL databases.

Pay

$184,700 and $277,600 USD base salary
