About the job

Designs and verifies custom SRAM circuits for Apple silicon products, from architecture and RTL through layout, backend verification, and post-silicon support.

What you'll do

  • Design custom digital circuits for SRAM; define architectures and topologies optimized for power, timing, area, and yield.
  • Perform schematic capture, simulations, margin verification, RTL modeling, and functional equivalency/DFT work; verify extracted GDS and backend results.
  • Collaborate with logic, architecture, and layout teams, and support post-silicon productization.

What they ask for

  • BS degree.
  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.

Nice to have

  • SoC design-cycle experience developing circuits and SRAM/Register File for low-power, low-voltage, high-performance designs; knowledge of cache design, architecture, or memory hierarchy.
  • Working knowledge of RTL modeling, industry-standard design tools, nanometer device physics, and silicon-debug experimentation; Machine Learning algorithms and scripting are a plus.

Pay

$175,000 and $308,500 (base salary); $184,700 and $324,800 (base salary)

Tools

SRAM, RTL, GDS, DFT, IR/EM, Machine Learning

AI focus

The role may involve implementing Machine Learning techniques and working with Machine Learning algorithms.
