Leads suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop and scale optical module manufacturing processes, manage technical risks, and deliver production readiness and quality.
What you'll do
- Drive supplier and internal teams to meet yield, efficiency, and production targets and establish scalable mass-production processes.
- Oversee factory setup for optical module SMT, assembly, and test processes; optimize bonding, dispensing, and soldering.
- Analyze factory, customer, and field data, report build readiness and product status, and drive risk resolution and lessons learned.
