What you'll do
- Own manufacturing operations across process design, assembly, automation, testing, yield, and factory setup.
- Analyze production and quality data, lead root-cause and failure analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners on manufacturability, production ramp, and operational improvements; report progress and risks to leadership.
