Leads technical programs and quality efforts for System-in-Package products, optimizing designs and manufacturing processes from concept through high-volume production.
What you'll do
- Partner with manufacturing suppliers and internal teams to improve product and process manufacturability.
- Develop factory and quality control systems to achieve high yields, low costs, and production timelines.
- Coordinate communication and corrective action during factory or quality excursions, and drive continuous improvement.
