What you'll do
- Lead suppliers in plastic tool design, build, process development, and qualification.
- Collaborate across design, supply management, and manufacturing teams on material selection and part/tool feasibility.
- Improve tooling and molding productivity and quality; train and advise supplier engineers on techniques and process controls.
