About the job

Designs, prototypes, and delivers internal tools and automation that improve App Review workflows, while partnering with engineering teams to scale reliable solutions.

What you'll do

  • Identify workflow gaps with App Review specialists and stakeholders, then design and prototype tools to improve quality, consistency, and throughput.
  • Define requirements and coordinate with platform and AIML engineering partners to build production-grade infrastructure.
  • Develop and deploy GenAI and agent-based solutions, measure their outcomes, and iterate based on specialist adoption and usage.

What they ask for

  • 7+ years of combined experience across software engineering, data engineering, solutions engineering, or technical product roles.
  • Ability to take an ambiguous problem through to a working solution, including building prototypes directly.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern data tooling; experience collaborating with platform or infrastructure teams and writing requirements for them.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI/agentic solutions, such as RAG, LLMs, and agents.

Nice to have

  • Experience building systems at the intersection of policy, operations, and engineering; familiarity with App Review, trust and safety, or content moderation.
  • Experience integrating with internal platform and AIML services and judging when to prototype versus partner on infrastructure.
