Leads store operations and supports the Store Leadership team in maintaining operational readiness, team engagement, and an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do
- Maintain operational standards for inventory, presentation, preservation, health and safety, and store technology and demos.
- Share operational data and align team members with store performance goals, priorities, and communications.
- Manage preservation work orders and supply budget, and address opening, closing, cash management, and other store needs.
