Engineering Manager - Autonomy Data

What you'll do

• Manage and grow engineers delivering high-quality labeled data and identifying autonomy edge cases.
• Set priorities, technical direction, and roadmap across data quality, labeling workflows, and data-mining infrastructure.
• Integrate foundation models and partner across teams to scale data workflows and support model training, evaluation, and deployment.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience building data quality systems, labeling pipelines, or annotation platforms at scale.
• Familiarity with modern ML infrastructure and data-centric AI; understanding of foundation models for automating data workflows.
• Track record of building and deploying products.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with foundation models, including LLMs and VLMs, for data automation; or experience with active learning, auto-labeling, or human-in-the-loop ML systems.
• Background in autonomous driving or robotics perception; familiarity with 3D perception data (camera, lidar, radar).
