About the job
Design and lead Applied Intuition’s global employment compliance program while supporting employee-relations case management.
What you'll do
- Build the compliance framework, roadmap, audits, recurring checks, and risk metrics across the countries and states where the company operates.
- Own employment policies, records governance, compliance reporting, background checks, and compliance training; incorporate legal changes into policies and processes.
- Develop workplace investigation and case-management frameworks, maintain confidential case records, and analyze trends.
