Leads recruiting operations, systems, and coordination teams, building scalable processes and data practices across Recruiting and People Operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee recruiting systems and data hygiene, including ATS workflows and scheduling tools.
- Manage and develop recruiting coordinators and ensure high-quality candidate and interviewer experiences.
- Build documented, repeatable recruiting processes, including practices designed for future SOX compliance and coordination with People Operations.
