About the job
Build and lead Apptronik’s People Analytics function, using workforce data and governance to inform talent and business decisions.
What you'll do
- Set the People Analytics strategy and roadmap; develop workforce metrics, dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
- Advise senior and executive leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
- Establish People data governance, quality, privacy, security, and architecture in partnership with IT and Data Engineering.
