- Manage, mentor, and grow electrical, RF, and interconnect engineers; guide design reviews and resource allocation.
- Oversee internal network architecture, wireless integration and antenna strategies, and harness and flex-PCB design.
- Define EMI/EMC, grounding, shielding, and signal integrity strategies, and collaborate across engineering teams on system integration.
