What you'll do
- Set reliability targets, allocate MTBF requirements, and influence design through reviews and component and supplier qualification.
- Lead reliability testing and root-cause investigations; operate a closed-loop FRACAS process and guide reliability modeling.
- Mentor engineers and communicate reliability risks, test tradeoffs, and progress to leadership.
