Lead Arbor Energy’s legal function, advising executives and the Board while handling financing, governance, commercial, intellectual-property, regulatory, and risk matters as the company moves toward deployment and scale manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Set legal strategy and priorities; manage legal resources, budget, and outside counsel.
- Lead financing and corporate-governance work, including Board support and transaction execution.
- Negotiate commercial, supplier, manufacturing, and project agreements; oversee IP strategy, compliance, risk, and legal operations.
