What you'll do
- Support deal processes from target identification and financial modeling through due diligence and execution; source and evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Develop investment approaches, prepare executive and board materials, and coordinate transaction and integration work with cross-functional teams.
- Assess growth opportunities, conduct market research, define initiative KPIs, and represent Arcesium with external investment and strategic counterparties.
