Manages and develops assigned distribution partners through territory planning, enablement, and cross-functional programs to grow their Arctic Wolf business.
What you'll do
- Build and execute partner growth plans, including recruitment, activation, training, and quarterly business reviews.
- Track distributor performance, address routine concerns, and align internal teams to deliver growth plans.
- Create scalable partner programs and informally coach Distribution Development Manager I team members.
