Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence

What you'll do

• Direct the team’s work and set AI roadmaps and technical direction with Product and R&D leadership.
• Oversee model and agentic-system design, training, deployment, evaluation, and MLOps; promote secure, scalable cloud-native systems.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, staff development, and recruitment.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of experience in software, AI/ML, or data science roles, or a Master’s degree plus two years; includes experience leading technical teams or projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI systems to production at scale.
• Expertise in production delivery of Generative AI or machine learning systems, including training, tuning, and ongoing quality measurement and evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM integration; MLOps processes and tooling, including drift monitoring and continuous learning.
• Familiarity with cloud-native data services (AWS preferred), data engineering tools, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity concepts.

Pay

118,700 to 280,000 USD annually (base salary)
