Leads the transformation and global scaling of Arctic Wolf’s Cybersecurity Concierge function to deliver high-touch customer service and measurable security outcomes.

- Define and execute the vision for a scalable global concierge program, modernizing operations with AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Lead executive customer engagement, escalations, crisis communications, and incident response coordination.
- Build customer-facing teams and improve service delivery through KPIs, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
