Member of Design Staff - Product

What you'll do

• Lead design of new products and features, collaborating with engineering, product, and ML research to prototype, test, scope, and ship them.
• Use user feedback, analytics, customer understanding, and business goals to prioritize improvements and grow the product.
• Expand the design system and influence design-team processes and product vision.

What they ask for

• At least 5 years of Product Design experience on a consumer- or developer-facing application, with a portfolio demonstrating visual design craft, shipped product work, and measurable impact.
• Strong interaction, visual, and design-system skills, including very strong proficiency in Figma and effective use of a prototyping tool.
• Ability to make tradeoffs based on business or user needs, work through ambiguity, and simplify complex ideas.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, including comfort writing or editing a PRD; prototype-first approach to testing design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience building 0-1 products or working at or with early-stage startups.
