What you'll do
- Manage 5–15 active model lab relationships and serve as their day-to-day contact, coordinating integrations, evaluations, releases, and issue resolution.
- Build and ship customer-specific solutions, process improvements, and automation across the stack.
- Turn customer feedback and research direction into product and engineering work, and help expand strategic accounts.
