What you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end interviews across multi-stage hiring processes and serve as the primary candidate liaison.
- Partner with founders and executives to manage hiring schedules, feedback, and recruiting velocity.
- Build and improve recruiting systems, automation, pipeline analytics, and data integrity.
