What you'll do
- Design, implement, and scale customer GenAI observability and evaluation programs; build custom integrations, tools, and workflows.
- Lead customer technical discussions and manage concurrent engagements from scoping through delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering, and help develop delivery practices and playbooks.
