About the job
Leads the design, production delivery, and operation of AI/ML and agentic features embedded in Arkestro’s procurement product.
What you'll do
- Build and productionize machine-learning and agentic AI functionality, including evaluation sets and ground truth.
- Shape AI/ML architecture and build tooling for reliable production systems, with attention to latency, cost, error handling, and safety.
- Partner with product and data teams on product integration and data pipelines, and advise engineers on AI/ML practices.

- Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python, and direct experience shipping ML models or AI/agentic functionality in production.

- Experience with version control and CI/CD; ability to lead technical work and influence direction without formal authority.
Nice to have

$160,000 — $200,000 USD (base salary)
