About the job
Develop and support ECAD tools, automation, libraries, and methodologies for system-in-package and SoC package design workflows.
What you'll do
- Develop tools and cross-team automation for package design, data transfer, and checking.

- Coordinate with ECAD vendors and provide product support, regression testing, and layout improvements.
