What you'll do

  • Design memory circuits at transistor level and collaborate with physical design teams on layout realization.
  • Develop, optimize, verify, characterize, and release memories across the development flow, including design margining, physical verification, FE verification, and QA.
  • Use AI to develop scripts that improve execution efficiency and quality.

What they ask for

  • Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field with emphasis in VLSI design, or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with relevant work experience.
  • Project experience in physical IP design, such as memories, standard cells, IOs, or PHYs.
  • Understanding of memory principles, especially SRAM, and technology trade-offs in deep sub-micron technologies.
  • Experience with Cadence Virtuoso or similar schematic and layout editing tools, and with Spice and FastSpice simulators.

Nice to have

  • SRAM circuit design experience.
  • Designed on silicon technologies equal to or smaller than 28nm; exposure to CMOS layout, Monte-Carlo simulations, Perl, .tcl, Java, UNIX, or AI tools.
