Defines, develops, validates, and deploys semiconductor manufacturing ATE test and secure provisioning flows, from first-silicon bring-up through high-volume production.
What you'll do
- Own ATE test enablement, including tester configuration, test program and flow development, debug, datalogging, and manufacturing readiness.
- Drive first-silicon bring-up, characterization, issue triage, correlation, and release to CP, FT, SLT, OSAT, and high-volume manufacturing.
- Develop test methods and production test content, and coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and OSATs to debug issues and deliver production-ready solutions.
