What you'll do
- Develop ATE strategy, test programs, flows, methods, and production test content for functional, HSIO, and structural testing.
- Lead first-silicon bring-up, debug, characterization, correlation, and release across wafer sort, final test, SLT, OSAT, and HVM.
- Coordinate ATE hardware readiness and resolve test issues with design, DFT, product engineering, vendors, and OSATs.
