Owns constructability reviews and pre-construction planning for Armada’s modular data center products, ensuring designs and deployment plans can be built, transported, installed, and commissioned across different sites.
What you'll do
- Review product and site designs, shop drawings, and deployment methods for buildability; identify site-specific risks and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Develop construction playbooks, sequencing plans, checklists, and review workflows; lead constructability analysis for new products and first-of-a-kind sites.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, fabricators, contractors, and local partners through pre-construction and execution, including readiness sign-off.
What they ask for
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on construction management, constructability/buildability review, or design experience on industrial, modular, or mission-critical facility projects, including direct general contractor or fabrication-yard experience.
- Working knowledge of modular/prefabricated construction, crane/lift and rigging planning, transport and site logistics, and means-and-methods planning across multiple codes and jurisdictions.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30–40% to project and fabrication sites worldwide.
Nice to have
- CCP, CCM, or PMP certification.
- Experience with modular or prefabricated construction, ideally for data centers or other mission-critical/industrial facilities, including international or multi-region projects.
Pay
$130,800 - $163,500 USD base salary (Tier 1); $113,750 - $142,200 USD base salary (Tier 2); $108,072 - $135,000 USD base salary (Tier 3)
