Director, Sales Lead — Google (Gemini Enterprise)

What you'll do

• Develop Google field relationships and run partner enablement, co-selling, pipeline reviews, deal registration, and funding programs.
• Generate and close business, advise executives on AI strategy, and package repeatable Google Cloud offers with defined pricing and delivery approaches.
• Build and develop the practice team, certification plan, demos, reference architectures, and partner-validated case studies.

What they ask for

• Track record of winning work and building a book of business, including partner-sourced revenue through a hyperscaler or software alliance.
• Experience co-selling with Google sellers and customer engineers, including Partner Advantage mechanics.
• C-level advisory experience in data, digital, or AI transformation; sufficient Google stack fluency to shape solutions and advise on platform selection.
• Hands-on AI building with agentic tools, plus experience leading and developing consulting teams, including recruiting and certification.

Nice to have

• Existing Google Cloud partner, field sales, or Gemini Enterprise relationships; alliance program experience.
• Expertise in a listed industry vertical, scaled and governed AI adoption, or RAG, semantic layers, knowledge bases, and MCP.

Pay

$200,000 USD base salary; $50,000 to $200,000 USD variable compensation
