About the job
Own and build Artemis’s internal security program and security-critical IT controls, protecting the company’s systems and supporting compliance and incident response.
What you'll do
- Own internal security across endpoints, identity and access, networks, email, and corporate cloud; design and run identity controls.
- Build vulnerability management, incident response, security awareness, policies, and vendor risk programs.
- Drive SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 work, including scoping, evidence collection, and coordination with auditors.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of hands-on security engineering, IT security, or corporate security experience, including ownership of internal security programs at a top-tier software/tech company.
- Deep expertise in at least one of identity and access management, endpoint security, cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure), or SaaS security.
- Hands-on SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audit experience, including scoping, evidence collection, and working with auditors.
- Direct experience leading incident response for internal security events.
Nice to have
- Experience as the first or founding internal security hire at a startup.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, OSCP, GCIA, GCIH, CISA, or equivalent).
Pay
$180,000-$230,000 per year (base salary)
