About the job
Sets technical direction and owns the architecture, reliability, and evolution of Arya Health’s platform across backend services, data systems, and infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design platform architecture and lead cross-team initiatives, including multi-tenancy, permissions, asynchronous workflows, and scaling.
- Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and developer experience; identify and address architectural bottlenecks.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, align engineering with product and business strategy, and mentor senior engineers.
