Lead customer-facing technical projects to plan and deliver custom HCM integrations for strategic customers implementing Ashby.
What you'll do
- Define, manage, and execute integration requirements, plans, and delivery with customers.
- Advise customers on integration best practices, technical configurations, and change management.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other partners; improve processes based on customer needs.
