Design and improve Ashby’s recruiting software, taking ownership of complex product problems while helping the broader product team make better design decisions.
What you'll do
- Own larger product features, developing proposals across jobs-to-be-done, navigation, information architecture, layout, and interaction design.
- Consult with engineers and stakeholders, investigate customer problems, and write specification documents to align on design decisions.
- Refine Ashby’s design system and use customer feedback and design heuristics to identify usability improvements.
