Build and launch agentic automation that makes staffing and scheduling decisions for customer support operations, from product strategy through adoption.
What you'll do
- Own the vision and roadmap for agentic automation, including controls, visibility, and evaluations for trusted autonomous decisions.
- Test the product with customers in live operations, measure impact, and drive adoption.
- Partner with go-to-market teams on packaging, pricing, launch, and metrics that link automation to customer value and revenue.
