What you'll do
- Build an AI agent that monitors support volume, staffing, and performance and recommends or takes action.
- Connect live operational data, historical patterns, customer policies, and platform tools to support agent decisions.
- Design controls and observability for autonomous operations, and evolve the Workforce Operations product for real-time workflows.
