Leads Assured’s payer enrollment organization, overseeing enrollment and contracting performance, customer strategy, team development, and operational improvement.
What you'll do
- Own turnaround, quality, rework, and other enrollment KPIs across commercial enrollment, government enrollment, and contracting.
- Develop enrollment workflows and customer strategies, manage payer relationships and escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build the team and its operating standards, oversee enrollment systems, and report performance and challenges to executive leadership.
