Leads technology strategy and cross-functional development of high-speed electrical cable and interconnect products from concept through qualification and launch.
What you'll do
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive R&D and new product development for high-speed electrical interconnects.
- Define technology roadmaps and oversee products through design, qualification, and launch.
- Coordinate with validation, NPI, QA, and manufacturing teams to ensure product performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
