About the job
Provides technical guidance to ODMs on designing in PCIe/CXL semiconductor products, resolves customer system issues, creates product documentation, and feeds customer insights back to internal teams.
What you'll do
- Guide ODMs through design challenges and support customer system bring-up and debug.
- Own technical issue resolution, coordinating internal teams and customer communications through FAE and sales teams.
- Create application notes and other product collateral, and share feedback to improve products and processes.

- At least 10 years’ experience designing in complex SoC/silicon products with a high-speed interface.
- Strong working knowledge of PCIe LTSSM at the physical layer, related standards, and debug; most recent experience with PCIe 4.0 at minimum.
- Silicon/system bring-up and customer-system debug experience; firsthand use of lab equipment such as protocol analyzers/exercisers, high-speed oscilloscopes, or BERTs.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree; experience with PCIe 5.0/CXL.
- Experience with PCIe or Ethernet switches or retimers, PCIe compliance testing, firmware or scripting, and data center systems.
